You have 14 days from receipt of your order to let us know that you wish to return your items.
If 14 days have passed since you have received your order, then unfortunately we cannot accept your return and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Once you have informed us that you wish to return your item, you then have 14 days to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return please attach/detail your name and address and post to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to change it for the same item or a different size then please email us at email@example.com. Please indicate the required size.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item so we recommend you send your item back via a tracked postal service.
